Mr. Sadh is a practising advocate with over 7 years of experience at the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, having extensive experience in matters pertaining to direct and indirect taxation, commercial litigation, arbitration, corporate and insolvency litigation, corporate restructuring, regulatory litigation, and civil litigation.

Along with that, his focus of expertise is in restructuring and merger and acquisition, arbitration and mediation, competition and anti-trust, banking and finance, industrial-specific sectors, private equity and venture capital, taxation and finance laws, transaction advisory, civil litigation, IBC, and management disputes.

He has advised and represented clients and conducted litigation before the Hon’ble Allahabad High Court, the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad, the Customs, Excise, and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad, and various other tribunals and district courts. Prior to joining litigation, Mr. Sadh worked with Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, New Delhi, as an associate in their direct tax team from 2015 to 2016.

Apart from his professional work, he also has an undeniable zeal for the social cause. He is the Vice President of the NGO “Legal Aid and Social Development Educational Society” and is actively engaged in educating the economically weaker sections of society who are willing to prepare for the law entrance examination, free of charge.

He is currently handling the firm’s office in Prayagraj (Uttar Pradesh), India.
