Service Matters

The Parliament derives its power from Article 323-A of the Constitution of India, which enacted the Administrative Tribunals Act in 1985. The act authorises the Central Government to establish the Central Administrative Tribunal and the state administrative tribunals to adjudicate service matters for state employees. This enactment altogether opened a new area of litigation for advocates to render substantial assistance in providing speedy justice to the aggrieved public servants.

We provide legal services in relation to disputes and matters pertaining to public service and have contested various matters before Central Administrative Tribunals across the country and filed Writ Petitions in this regard before the High Court and the Supreme Court. We protect the interests of public servants and provide them with justice in service matters.

Our team carries in-depth knowledge and resources to get appropriate relief for our clients and handle the complex range of public service and employment disputes in service matters. We go the extra mile to get justice for our aggrieved clients and provide proficient legal counselling to all parties, whether government or private clients concerned with the public service dispute. As devoted legal advisors to our clients, we render calculated, focused, and personal attention to protect our clients’ interests.
