Mr. Verma has been a practising advocate for over 12 years, holding expertise in corporate, insolvency, white collar crime, civil, commercial, and arbitration proceedings. He has been with the firm since its inception, dedicating his time to quite a few diverse areas of practice.

He has regular appearances before various forums, courts, tribunals, and arbitrators and is a member of the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana, Chandigarh, the Bar Association of the Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court, and a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (‘ICSI’).
