Ms. Japna Choudhary is an associate and company secretary at Indo Legal Services.

Ms. Choudhary is a practising company secretary with a career spanning over eight years at multinational companies and law firms. Her areas of expertise include restructuring and mergers and acquisitions, arbitration and mediation, competition and anti-trust, banking and finance, industrial-specific sectors, private equity and venture capital, taxation and finance laws, transaction advisory, civil litigation, IBC, and management disputes.

She has been actively involved in general to complex company law matters, including advice and support on promotion, formation, and incorporation of companies and their wholly owned subsidiaries; LLPs; NBFCs; and matters related thereto, such as choice of type of company; availability of name; drafting and preparation of Memorandum and Articles of Association and additional papers; their registration with the Registrar of Companies; and their stamping.
