Our Expertise
Commercial Division And Appellate Division
To streamline the commercial disputes and to assure their timely disposal, the Indian Government enacted the Commercial Courts Act, 2015. With the advent of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 all disputes, as defined under Section 2(c) of the CCA, 2015, came under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Division, and any appeal arising therefrom is to be referred to the Commercial Appellate Division. We at ILS are proud to share that we have been given the opportunity to handle various cases of big corporate houses under the said CCA, 2015. In doing so we have successfully represented our clients, both domestic and international. As stated above, commercial litigation is a very extensive sector involving various kinds of disputes that can arise in the business context, including breach of contract, partnership/joint venture, class actions, business torts, intellectual property, mercantile transactions, maritime, etc. We at our firm believe that we can help clients solve these diverse kinds of matters in a very efficient manner. We provide strategic advice in commercial law and our team is fully acquainted with the entire gamut from pre-institution mediation to the execution of the decree.
