Mrs Aditi Gupta

Ms. Aditi Gupta is a partner and head of the corporate affairs team at Indo Legal Services.

Ms. Gupta has a varied experience of over 12 years and specialises in offering guidance and consultancy services in the range of corporate and secretarial affairs, due diligence, corporate governance, foreign exchange laws, and setting up of business.

Along with that, she holds a rich experience in Restructuring & Mergers & Acquisitions, capital market, industrial-specific sectors, private equity and venture capital, intellectual property rights, and handling compliances under various acts applicable to the company.

Ms. Gupta is on the board of Rategain Travel Technologies Limited, a listed company, as an Independent Woman Director. She also contributes significantly to the provision of value-added services to a significant number of large and medium-sized listed and unlisted clients.

In addition to having been appointed as secretarial auditor of various entities, including listed companies, she has often been appointed to act as the scrutinizer of the court convened meetings by the NCLT in the matter of approval of the scheme relating to the Mergers and Amalgamations.

She respects the value of collaborating closely with her clients in order to assist them in identifying the best strategy to address their needs.
