Mr. Nagesh is a renowned corporate lawyer with more than three decades of extensive experience in corporate, civil, and insolvency laws. He is a designated senior advocate who practises before the Supreme Court, the Delhi High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal, and the Appellate Tribunal.

In the course of his professional career, he began practising law as a litigation attorney, and he now has an astounding 30 years of rich and diverse experience in all types of corporate litigation, mergers and acquisitions, winding up petitions, writ petitions, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, commercial disputes, arbitration and mediation, and service matters before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, as well as all types of cases before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal and the Appellate Tribunal.

Mr. Nagesh is a research-oriented individual who has argued complex corporate cases before the Hon’ble NCLT, the Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India. Additionally, he defended complicated issues in front of the erstwhile Company Law Board, BIFR, and MRTP Commission, among others.

Several independent government institutions in India have trusted him with managing legal disputes and arbitration cases. In the past, Mr. Nagesh has closely handled cases for the Indian National Science Academy, the Translational Health Science and Technology Institute, and the Centre for Policy Research, among others.

In his different capacities, Mr. Nagesh has spearheaded a number of initiatives to support company law practices in India. He is frequently invited to speak on various topics related to the Companies Act at seminars and conferences held by professional bodies and chambers to share his invaluable experience.
